Tricky opening for my opinion

It is tricky getting the front apart so you can access the wiring and connectors. Other wise works good.  That's my feedback.

Pros

DIMMABLE - Compatible with most dimmers. CRI>90 provides truer colors for your fruits and vegetables

Cons

Difficult to replace bulbs
