Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Assorted 1.75mm Printer Filament by AmazonBasics by Jon Ford

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Inconsistent Extrusion

So I was very happy with the last batch of Revain Basics ABS I received. It had the exact same name and product images but is no longer in stock. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D6C6CKW). THIS COIL IS ABOUT 2CM THICKER THAN THE PREVIOUS AMAZON BASICS INTRODUCTION. WILL NOT FIT MY PRINTER PROPERLY. CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY The maximum temperature of this filament is listed as 235Β°C, but my extruder hardly clicks and extrudes at this temperature, it behaves better around 245-250Β°C, but it's fluid enough that other parts of the print due to the increased leakage this temp suffers from. Basically it's a lot lower quality than I expected and the worst I've used to date. I can assure you it's not my printer and not a clog because when I switched to an old filament of mine it worked fine again.

Pros
  • 3D Printer Filament (1.75mm Diameter, 5 Assorted Colors; 1kg Per Spool; 5 Spools); suitable for most common 3D printers (check coil size for compatibility)
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
