I bought 2 of these because I wanted to share videos and photos from my desktop PC with a relative who only has an iPad. I transferred the files to the drive with no apparent problems and thought it worked. However, although we installed the required software on the iPad according to the instructions, the files were not available, some disappeared altogether. Others just didn't open up. I tried again with the 2nd flash drive, same result. Sad.
