Review on Squelch by Eric Mueller

The ability of sending alerts with different types of data into an email or slack channel without needing human intervention was great! I did not have any problems for this product at all as it has been working perfectly since we've started its use. It would be nice if there were some more features that could make work easier but overall i am very happy so far with squelch's service. We are solving our notification needs by having notifications sent directly from one place instead of multiple emails being required which saves time and effort when dealing with several employees who need attention in realtime or near realtime. I like that it works in real time as soon as you are done writing your email rather than waiting for later when someone has read through all of them. It's easy enough to use once we get past any initial hesitance with how different some features work. The fact that this can be used by anyone who wants to help improve an organization (or even just themselves) is great! We're able to take advantage of its AI capabilities without having engineers build out our own solutions or hire outside companies.
