one of the 7 usb ports is broken, but i don't really send it back

as you can see in the picture the second usb port from the right is on but bright and USB power is not available. This happened the first time I tried to turn on the switch. It feels like a faulty switch to the touch, wiggling back and forth on/off doesn't seem to make a difference. I didn't return it because I need 6 working ports too many to wait. Also, I am completely satisfied with this product, if the seller is willing to send me another one that works I would check this review and return the defective one if necessary.
