Review on Spanner Nut Wrench: Ultimate Tool for Locknut Removal, Tightening & Pipe Fitting by Luke Hodes

Does the job but be careful with the torque wrench

I used this to loosen and tighten the castle nut to replace the end plate. Relaxing the hand was easy. I used my torque wrench with a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter to tighten the castle nut to the correct torque. I could understand why people pull the nut off when using a torque wrench because you need to hold the wrench properly. switched on, hold the wrench and torque wrench in parallel planes and apply force to the torque wrench in parallel. I did this slowly, gradually increasing from 10 ft-lbs. The slightest mistake can cause the wrench to slip and snap the teeth of the wrench and/or castle nut. d Use this outside of 30-40 lb-ft. If I were doing this every day, I'd probably choose a larger wrench with a 1/2" hole so I don't have to deal with the added instability that comes with using a 3/8" adapter , and have an extra person nearby who holds the key. the key is inserted correctly.
