Great use of a small garage but sensor wires could be longer

This item would make a fantastic addition to my small garage! With a pair of sound sensors, it gives a very clear indication of how close you are to the object you place the sensors on. The gauge shows that it can be used with either or both sensors, but it appears to be more accurate with both. The readings are very readable from a distance - the maximum reading is 99 (inches) but it starts to pick up on your movement very quickly. how you approach The fact that it is AC powered is a plus as you don't have to worry about the meter running out of power at an inconvenient time. to the main box. Its length is about 2.5 feet. This would be fine in some cases, but if you're wall-mounting the main display and want to place the sensors on objects that are sticking out of the wall and could get in the way of parking your car, you're out of luck. In my case there is a large drawer and two metal shelves, shelves, just in front of the back wall that I don't want to touch. Unfortunately, the sensor cables are not long enough to mount the reader on the wall and place the sensors in the right places. A bit of tape to hold the sensors on the box helps for now. The same problem with the short length occurs with the power adapter. Pros: - Accurate measurement - Display activates quickly - Easy setup Cons: - Sensor connection cable is too short - Short power cable
