Great results the first time I used this fermenter. Accustomed to using and fermenting garlic, this device worked flawlessly as intended. The only advice I've read in the reviews is that you should start with a good one, as fresh as you can get the garlic. A lot of what is for sale looks like it has been excavated, some mummies as well as ginger which I see in various places. A little advice from a gastronomy professional.
