There is nothing like a regular thin-shank screwdriver for tightening bolts/screws with a large number of turns with little resistance. Otherwise this Irwin 8-in-1 is fantastic! It has a very comfortable ergonomic handle and a multi-piece shaft that stores (or serves) a variety of screwdrivers. This single instrument has Phillips #1 and #2; square number 2; Torx T25; slotted 8-10; and hex (wrenches) 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" without losing any missing bits (except one bit that fits the wrench you are currently using). It's heavy and a tough tool that is designed to give years of reliable service. The handle is approximately 1.25" in diameter and 5" in length and has a good rubber grip for the most part (hard plastic end in case you need to apply force to the fastener). Approximately 1 /2" (so it's not made for fast turning, but is very strong and has a hex up to 3/8". Most of the shaft runs inside the handle, so the overall length is about 8.5 to 9 inches depending on the shaft configuration is bit you use.If you need different drivers in one tool,this tool is for you.I like it very poison driver IRWIN 8-in-1,
