They do their job. I have 4 of these that I use with a gutter cleaner to blow leaves out of the gutters in my one story house. I have a 5.5 hp 12 gallon shop vacuum that blows hard and does its job well. Maybe I don't need so many hits. The pressure is so great that these tubes are sometimes blown apart. I have a few ideas on how to hold these things together. Method 1. Gather all 4 and hold them vertically a foot or two off the ground and drop them. kabum. Then swap the assembly end for end and repeat the process. I find that they stick together so tightly that I can't separate them. I throw them on the rug or rug by the door. I'm afraid dropping them on concrete could clog the ends. If I have problems with the bent parts of the blower, I try it with a rubber mallet. There are no more leaves to blow through this year so I don't know if they will blow away until next year. Method 2: If method 1 doesn't work, I drill small holes where they overlap and insert some short self-tapping screws.
