Review on FM9000 by Mark Marcellus

It was easy to set up, has an excellent customer service team that helped me with all of my questions/concerns when I first got it installed! The only thing about this software (which should be fixed) would have been if you could edit your own text in place like Wordpress does instead of having to copy paste into another editor after saving or publishing online. We are able solve problems we never realized were possible before using this program which makes our job easier overall. Being more organized than ever now as well because everything can easily get posted right away without any lag time at times for us since there's no need anymore to wait days upon weeks just waiting until someone else gets back from vacation etc. Also being able to see so much data regarding past events compared to one year ago makes things very clear especially during tough situations where people aren't responding fast enough due to circumstances out their control such as bad weather.
