FM9000 Review

It was easy to set up, has an excellent customer service team that helped me with all of my questions/concerns when I first got it installed! The only thing about this software (which should be fixed) would have been if you could edit your own text in place like Wordpress does instead of having to copy paste into another editor after saving or publishing online. I like that it has so many features to choose from, but also allows you to customize your own fields if needed. It's easy for an individual who knows nothing about funerals or cemeteries to use as well. The program does work with other programs such as Excel which makes life easier when working in teams.
