Review on FM9000 by James Gregg

I like that it has so many features to choose from, but also allows you to customize your own fields if needed. It's easy for an individual who knows nothing about funerals or cemeteries to use as well. The program does work with other programs such as Excel which makes life easier when working in teams. Also, there are multiple ways of entering data into the system including through mobile devices, paper records, etc. There can be some issues loading reports (or exporting) at times. Make sure you have someone knowledgeable available to help troubleshoot these problems. We are solving several different problems by using this software; they include creating quotes/plans, managing contracts, tracking payments, storing documents related to services, organizing employee time sheets, allowing employees to submit leave requests electronically, and providing access to documents stored offsite.
