With all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did! They matched my 97 F150 Lariat 4x4 perfectly and gave me the slick look I was looking for. They seem strong enough as an OEM material so I'm sure they can handle any terrain. Tip: Make sure you spray some WD40 or similar on the tie rods towards the control levers and on the factory torsion wedges a day or two before you start so you can loosen them if they are rusty. Mine came off easily because I sprayed them 2 days earlier. They weren't completely rusty, but there was some rust. I live in Vegas so we don't have rust problems under our cars so that helped too.
