It looks great on your desk and only took 10 minutes to set up. Unfortunately, I wandered about 30 feet from the base during the test calls and the sound quality dropped to zero at 40 feet. This is a far cry from the product I have previously purchased from Jabra. The GN 9350 is a great device, but I wanted more features. It has features but no performance. If Jabra could combine the best of both devices into one, they would have a clear winner. Unfortunately this is not the case. If you need a device that ONLY works for your softphone and desk phone on your desk and also works with your mobile phone, this will do. I sent the device back ok. 1 hour after receipt.
