A good solution for a tool box that doesn't take up space along the length of the bed. The instructions were easy. Installation went well. I went to YouTube and watched a few installation videos in advance to get a rough overview of the process. Using an impact wrench to install the self-tapping screws made the job easier. A 7/16 socket is used. Four stars for intelligent design and vehicle-specific instructions. For $ it could be something more. The locking loop that prevents the device from rocking is a limited space. When the main lock is inserted into the hinge it will rub against the flange that mates with the box so when re-used it will scratch that surface. I'll probably put a piece of tape on this surface to avoid scratching it. In a pick-up with a small loading area, it offers additional storage space for tools. This is not a solution for power tools that are in their boxes. They still have to be placed in the cockpit. It's all about the retail space – ditch the length of the bed in favor of something taller, or leave the length of the bed in favor of something smaller.
