Even though I now love to cook in the fryer, we still love to grill outside. We needed a new grill pan and I loved that this one had a grill and skillet. It has a non-stick coating and is made of die-cast aluminium. It is 19.5 inches long and 10.7 inches wide. There are either grease traps or holes in the corners through which it can be hung. Spruce traps are also good for scraping. Cleans fast and is safe even in the oven at temperatures up to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Can also be used on the stove. Our food cooks evenly and does not burn.
