DB works great! Installs into '04 Element in about four hours. The biggest difficulty was the shoulder on the big starting bolt. It's tight, get a long ratchet, breaker, or pipe. Also, you have a blind grip on the lower distributor screw and it may be covered in rust. Get a small ratchet for the bottom manifold screw. If you remove the manifold completely, one of the ports will be bi @ # $, but you will elevate your arm a bit. The starter action is slightly different from the OEM but worth a savings of over $300. When changing the throttle body gasket, you need to scrape off the old one. Not funny. I didn't use a torque wrench because I didn't have the torque specs, but it would make sense if you could get them all. Have good lighting, latex gloves and a pack of 12 for a good job. The old starter was clogged with coal dust for 100,000 and 11 years.
