Great for pasta! - my new review
I used this rolling in for my first ever attempt at homemade pasta. It performed beautifully. The dough did not stick and I was able to roll out a perfect even layer of pasta dough - thin enough to see my hand through! Watching endless YouTube videos of 'Pasta Grannies' and Evan Funke helped me nail down the technique for rolling.
Pros
- This rolling pin is a great length and has a perfectly smooth finish.
Cons
- It may not be as hygienic as other types of rolling pins that can be sanitized more easily
