Best cut, one mistake

The 2001 blade I have 3 of is better than any knife I've ever owned for cutting. You can easily slice and wafer-thin tomatoes, onions, and blocks of cheese if you like. The blade itself seems almost indestructible as I used the old one to cut things like wood and cans. The only caveat I have for people is that the handle will loosen the blade's grip over time if the knife is used a lot to cut difficult to cut items like very hard cheese etc out of the handle. When this happened I tried the best glue I could find to reattach it but it kept coming off. Therefore, I recommend not washing the knife in the dishwasher and being careful not to cut objects that require very strong downward pressure. But I still love this knife, otherwise I wouldn't buy so many just to know I have a spare on hand if one gets dirty and a spare if the blade starts to slip a little in the handle.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something
