Diamond connection is bad

The blade is chrome plated and the diamond is chrome bonded. It flakes off under heavy use. I used 6 blades to cut 2 4" holes although I held them in water to cool. Worked but the diamond chipping was very disappointing. First I ordered two blades. Had to get 4 more to finish.
