This induction hob HAS to be one of the best purchases I've ever made! I use it every day and still wonder how I used to cook without it. The best part for me was that it helps keep the kitchen cool in the summer so I can cook and not fry at the same time. When I'm not using the hob I keep it in the oven to keep my countertop clean and when I use it I just place it on the countertop which is handy for cooking.
