UPDATE:The seller got in contact with me and sent me replacement parts to resolve the issue. I updated the rating due to the correction and great customer service!============================================All in all the setup was fairly strait forward. Installation was very easy since it fit perfectly in the existing holes. It looks great and fits the Farmhouse theme my wife is going for. Unfortunately we were unable to install it on our front door, we had to use it on the basement entrance. We have a storm door and the deadbolt portion of the lock is the exact height of the storm door handle. This prevented the storm door from closing. That was a miscalculation on my part and is not why I gave it a lower rating.The two issues I found. 1. It goes through batteries pretty darn quick. The reason this is a negative for me is the manual says not to use rechargeable AA batteries as they provide 1.2v where the standard disposable AA batteries provide the 1.5v. Batteries are not cheap. It wouldn't be so bad if you could use the rechargeable batteries. 2. The version I got was the matte black. When it arrived the deadbolt locking piece is silver along with the piece that gets installed in the door trim. All, including screws were silver. This doesn't match and is noticeable. I'm not sure if this is by design or someone messed it up in packaging. For that reason I would not have installed this on my front door.
