My daughter searched for barn door hardware and decided to purchase ZEKOO hardware for her 9 foot bypass doors. Then she got me involved by asking me to custom build the doors for her and do the installation. I picked up the hardware once she received it from the company and did a diagram with measurements of the space involved for the doors. Then I lost one of the 5 foot tracks for the doors. I called customer service for REKOO and they were so nice and said they would ship the track out to me.said nothing about cost or shipping.I was flabbergasted!The big surprise came when I started reading the install directions for the doors and realized that the ceiling was too low for proper installation. I emailed the company to explain the problem and they were kind enough to refund my daughter her total cost for the hardware. This is how every company should do business.
