Review on Swissmar Borner V Prep Mandoline V 5000 by Teresa Diers

The description is misleading. Trolley in a 7-piece set. I ordered this set and it didn't come with a storage basket. The packaging of the item I received clearly states what it contains, but the car is not listed. I contacted Amazon support and they said they would consider updating the product page to reflect this. I don't like the idea of leaving blades in a storage tray for two reasons: 1. Safety2. If they are loose and banging against each other, they become dull, reducing the item's usefulness. My friend and I have used it and have different opinions. I think I was a bit reluctant to slice the zucchini because I've never used a mandolin before, but it wasn't very easy to use. It seemed to me that there was little resistance. My friend used potatoes and said he had no problem, he said you just have to go fast; It's a sharp blade that can cut you. We are returning it, although the 5 piece set is probably better available. While the bowl is good, I think the container is better overall for storage.
