Instructions are TERRIBLE!

A separate instruction card is included with the product which is written in English but could just as easily be written in Klingon. As a reasonably competent adult, it took me about 30 minutes and many frustrating attempts to finally figure out how to lock and unlock it. You will be prompted to turn the "knob". For most people, a handle is usually a round object that protrudes from the main body, such as a B. a doorknob. Yes, there is a round handle on the lock, but forget it because it has absolutely nothing to do with anything. Instead, set the numbers to 0000 and separate the two parts. The part that slides out (with the metal pin) is where all the action takes place. Look at the larger end of the pin and you will find a tiny "U" shaped piece of metal. It's hard to find. This can be raised and lowered and then you can set new numbers. MUCH LUCK!
