Well I love that it holds so much water that I don't have to keep filling it, but what I don't like the most is the spout. After a few days I noticed water under milk or eggs. I thought my husband spilled something while filling the filter. A few more days, I put a kitchen towel underneath, and sure enough, the towel gets wet the next day. So I decide to check it out after I fill my glass. Sometimes it was ok, but otherwise it would drip a few seconds after I turned it off and wouldn't stop. Again, I love the size, easy to refill and clean, filters are a bit tricky to install but I'm really upset that I missed the return window and wish I could just buy it in the store. I'm sorry for noticing the leak too late, but maybe this review will help you keep an eye on it in the future when considering a purchase. So I just change the kitchen towel every other day. It's really uncomfortable! :(
