This mat is suitable for 2018 Tacoma. I bought pads front and rear. The velcro-like surface that makes contact with the carpet really keeps the mat in place. What I didn't like was that the Maxpider's passenger mat didn't have mounting holes. The 2018 Tacoma features mat mounts on both the driver and passenger sides. However, as this rug has non-slip texture on the underside to keep it in place, this is a minor issue. I bought a gray color that looked elegant with a black interior.
