Bought this knife based on reviews only. I can't say I wasn't very disappointed when I received this knife. This is probably the dumbest knife I've ever come across. My husband and I laughed at how cheap it was. The blade bends a lot, the handle is of poor quality. I was sure it was going in the trash can. Dinner came and I decided to give it a try. I dice the onion and celery, I lightly chop the tomatoes. The potatoes were a hit. I even easily slice our pot roast without tearing the meat. I was surprised. This knife is SO sharp. This is probably the sharpest knife I've ever seen. And it's also quite comfortable in the hand. I've only had it a few weeks, but it's a knife I'll always be drawn to. The tedious preparatory work goes by so quickly! If this knife can last a few more months I plan to buy the whole set. So what do you need to know from this review? I think it should be crystal clear how cheap this knife seems to be. It's an EXTREMELY far-fetched feeling. I wasn't expecting that when I placed my order. HOWEVER, this is the only downside. It's so sharp and very comfortable. Honestly I don't think the price could be lower. I recommend buying one first if you're looking for multiple knives at once. If this is your first time trying this brand I recommend you buy this knife - it's great for general use.
