Instructions included with receiver! Three steps - 1) Press and hold the program button on the receiver (there is only one button), 2) Press the button you want to pair with on the remote, 3) Release the program button. Fabulous! And it works every time without any hesitation or problems. Now we're looking around and looking for other things to use this for besides our lamps! ++++++++++ and much more!
