Don't be fooled by the small size of this heater. It removes cold from the air in 10 minutes and comfortably warms our 27ft trailer in 20-30 minutes. I was paying over $100 a month for propane to run our heater so I did some research on heaters and this one took the cake. I deliberately waited with the evaluation to make sure that the purchase was worthwhile. My electric bill that month was only $35! And I ran it every day. It has an excellent timer and distributes heat throughout the room. It also looks beautiful! does NOT stink! No noticeable heater smell like some others I've used in the past. My advice to you: if you use it for your caravan, insulate the windows to keep the heat inside. I used clear plastic shrink wrap. It was easy to endure and definitely helped the bond.
