Works, but needs some tweaking!
Works as intended. As other reviewers point out, wired connections are very weak. Soldering is required. Here are some installation instructions - [.] . Also note, if like me you have a dual plug fan (2002 Mini and early 2003 Mini), some grinding is required to get the fan enable relay to match.
