Looks like they added an orange to the bottle.? Not the color in the photo.
Looks like someone put orange paint on the red pile, tried to shake it well to mix it thinking it just separated but it didn't mix completely . Don't expect it to be a red apple like the picture, you will get a red that is more "fall red" and looks like a fall color.
