Disappointing Performance for Vegetable Prep

I was really excited to add this new knife to my collection but it proved to be a major let down. As a professional chef, I put all my knives to the test and unfortunately this one did not make the cut. While it looks sleek and feels comfortable in my hand, it didn`t hold up to the rigorous demands of my kitchen .As a result of my tests, i determined that it does not have the sharpness and precision necessary for efficient vegetable prep..
