I use this in our standalone solar system and it works great. We have a 48V system with an 840Ah battery. We typically draw about 60 amps at 48 volts through this switch and have had no problems. I don't turn it on and off often. In fact, I only tested the switch for its main function (on/off) right after installation, not afterwards. However, for the purpose it's intended for in my place, it works pretty amazing. By the way, before I bought it, I was curious that the 4/0 cable lugs are great for this switch.
