I love this product! Direct 15 minutes to and from. We break off the bezel from the dashboard, disconnect the connectors three times, put the overlay on the workbench on a towel and unscrew the nine Torx 9-20 screws. Then detach the grille from the duct housing. The tricky part is putting it together and making sure the side vents work by getting the clip properly positioned behind each side of the vent. It should all come together at once, which takes a little patience. After securing the grille to the channel, reinstall the nine torx screws. Reattach the three connectors inside the vehicle to the panel and reinstall the panel. The perfect fit is just as good, if not better than the OEM.
