Review on πŸ–₯️ Kinivo BTD-400 USB Bluetooth Adapter for PC - Bluetooth 4.0, Low Energy, Windows/Raspberry Pi/Linux Compatible by Cori Nance

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Realizing that this is a Windows 7 issue and not a BTD dongle, I changed my rating to 4 stars.

I bought this to use with my iHip B20 Bluetooth headphones with my Hp desktop computer. After installing the DVD with BTD-400, the headphones connect normally. I tried using it to listen to YouTube and Battlefield 3 videos but no audio connected. That's basically what I wanted, but with no sound. I played around with the windows 7 computer system and my firewall for virus checking for about 3 hours and gave up. Return it the same day. After checking online, it turned out that the problem lies in Windows 7. Download the disk to get the driver working, then internet users suggested I remove the device from your PC (Devices and Printers) > click Add Device and set it to pairing mode Bluetooth > if your device appears in the list. CLICK "NEXT" > Instead right click and go to "Properties" and select ALL options for Services and once installed everything will work for you. Also, don't forget to change the default audio device in Control Panel and Sound. Well, getting sound from your computer sounds like a lot of work. Instead, I will buy Sony RF wireless headphones. I got my money back quickly from the seller I bought it from. Because of this, and realizing that this is a Windows 7 issue and not the BTD dongle, I've changed my rating to 4 stars.
