Helpful software - Great Customer Service

The product was easy to use and very intuitive. It has all of our employees' contact information, their job title, department they work in, phone number, etc. It also allows us to create tickets for each and every employee that we have. I like that it keeps all of my employees' information updated so that I never miss an important update. Sometimes, when there are too many updates at once, the system will get overloaded and become slow. SupportSystem does not always keep up with the amount of data being shared within our organization. We do not have much luck using our ticketing system for customer service issues. For those who want a great user-friendly interface and have little knowledge about computers or computer systems, this may be a good choice. We have used other services from different companies in the past, which were extremely hard to navigate and difficult to learn how to use. When we started using SupportSystem, everything changed--it was easy to use and did what we needed! I like that it's easy to use and has a lot of features! It also has an excellent customer support which is great when you need to get your questions answered quickly! It can be slow at times but that's just because of how large our database is. We've been able to solve many problems with this program. The best feature is the ease of using the program. This makes it very user friendly. We have solved many issues with this program.
