After being in a situation as a kid where my seat belt broke and I couldn't get out of the car, I needed a tool that would allow me to cut the seat belt and/or break the window if necessary. This item fulfills both and is available at a reasonable price. It comes with a security pouch and a small piece of test glass. I am very thankful that the test sample was included as it gave me confidence that the tool would work as expected when needed. If you use the tester, you should definitely wear gloves! I didn't and I ended up with a small cut on my arm, but the confidence I gained from seeing the thing snap on the second hit was worth it.
