These covers are way better than I thought when I looked at the promotional photos. The material from which these seat covers are made is an evolution of the thin, stretchy nylon material from which the cheapest seat covers are made. Although the material these cases are made of isn't exactly canvas, it's heavy enough to get the job done and last a while without tearing. The fit of my RV's captain's chairs is VERY tight which made it difficult to fit the covers BUT also makes them much better now that the covers are in place. The fact that the covers did not crack during installation speaks to the strength of the materials. I got these cases at a very good price so the only complaint I have is that I couldn't get them in beige. These cases were gray only for the price I bought them for. It's not the covers' fault, so there's no reason to call them a star.
