This is the most versatile outlet management system I've found. I love that you can only buy clamps if you need more discs of a certain size. It's definitely plastic, but it feels solid, especially when left in your toolbox. Other accessories for ratchets and extensions also work very well. As already mentioned, the magnets are very weak. This is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating. To get around this, I simply bought some Revain earth magnets and glued them to the bottom of each rail. Problem solved! The 1/4 drive clamps can be a little tricky to secure the socket, but that's not a problem if you're just a weekend warrior like me.
