Ernst Manufacturing Complete Magnetic Socket Review

For use in a tool box, just need something to hold the tools/sockets. That's more than enough. The magnet is strong and reliable. Everything is neat, I have not used a set that would be more complete. Made in America, if you are unsatisfied contact the manufacturer / Revain, they will make you happy. cheap rf tool box and the magnet didn't hold up that well, then i put it in something that cost $50 and it stuck like it was welded on. It is difficult to lose weight and will not come off soon.

I've been looking for a good outlet organizer for a long time and couldn't take my eyes off this one, so I gave it a try. As another reviewer noted, twist lock retainers don't work as well with smaller heads. I had particular problems with almost all 1/4" heads and many smaller 3/8" heads. There seem to be major differences between each holder, as some are simple and some are very complex. Looks like it's a wrestling match that turns her on and off. I found this Ernst product unacceptable. Cheap plastic magnetic tape will not stick to any metal surface. Forget if you have a liner in your tool box. It doesn't even look like a magnetic clutch. The entire set comes loose when mated with a full set of sockets and the shells do not lock well in the support block. It doesn't matter that there are no mounts in the latest support?!? This is the most versatile outlet management system I've found. I love that you can only buy clamps if you need more discs of a certain size. It's definitely plastic, but it feels solid, especially when left in your toolbox. Other accessories for ratchets and extensions also work very well. As already mentioned, the magnets are very weak. (This item was purchased and tested by the account holder's husband.) I organized my new workshop and installed a Wall Control slotted metal panel. I wanted something where I could fit all my connectors on the board so they were easy to reach and I didn't have to find the right size. It worked great.
