The ability for us as an organization that is not tech savvy or computer literate can use this system without needing any training from outside sources! It's amazing how simple some of these features are once you learn them but they do have tutorials available if needed which I appreciated very much!! We were able solve many problems we had previously using paper voting cards/ballots such as keeping track who voted where etc., plus now all data collected will be easily accessible online so there won't even need anymore storage space (which was one problem before).
