First off, Neiko Tools USA sounds like the US sales arm of a Japanese tool maker, but it's not one of them. It's just another Chinese tactic to make cheaply priced junk look like a good thing. Second, these are not cobalt drills; They are "cobalt coated". In my experience "cobalt color" would be more accurate. I rounded the tips completely and attempted to drill through thin mild steel; I've also smoked the tip on mahogany boards. If you're drilling into something harder than, say, dry pine planks, buy something made out of real cobalt.
