I like that it has everything you need to run your business from one place! You can access all of this information at any time by logging in or accessing via mobile app (which we love!). If there are issues with service/support they tend not be very responsive when trying resolve them quickly - which may frustrate users who have no other choice but wait for resolution if needed outside their normal working hours / days? Have been able solve many problems using KB's team support services as well; however sometimes things take longer than expected so would recommend keeping backups too just incase anything does go wrong during update process etc..
