Not wide enough at about 4 inches.
Strong webbing. Quality materials and assembly. But it just isn't wide enough for the rear handlebars of my 2017 JKU. It attaches where it's supposed to, but the velcro doesn't fully engage on either side. In order to attach the Velcro, the straps should be slightly longer on both sides. I would trust light objects won't be blown out of the back, but it won't be secure enough to hold things inside. accident or rollover. With 50 cents more webbing to actually wrap both rear tubes you would get a 5 star rating.
