The first sign of a problem was a very questionable installation that resulted in the computer shutting down and having to restart multiple times. The first thing I did after installation was to run the Black Magic Speedtest to compare the speeds to my factory Apple 256 SSD and with the factory HDD I got 2370MB/s read and 1313MB /s write. After installation I got 1700/1700 on the first test, then all tests after that the read speed was just under 1000. Then the macbook wouldn't restart after shutdown, I had to restart it manually even after resetting NVRAM and SMS. After googling the issue, I found that Sabrent knows it's a problem and has no solution to it other than going back to Catalina OS. Just search this term on google (it's taken from the ifixit forums to see what I'm talking about). A1708 MBP does not always reboot after installing a custom SSD
