I broke my decades-old knife and am replacing it. Same company, same knife
I've had this knife longer than I care to say. And that's my everyday little workhorse. Easy to sharpen, walnut handle with brass tips holds up well. "Chicago Cutlery 1005" can still be read on the handle. I tried to pry something with them - my mistake and broke the tip off. Thank God I found this exact knife. I ordered two! (like a Prime Revain subscriber sent them "two days free" - with LaserShip - and like they often did today, delivered them the next day) Hooray. I'm back in business. I recommend this knife to everyone. Its shape is different from a regular paring knife, but it does so many things so well. .just don't try to solve anything with it.
