Review on 🍳 Lima 8-Inch Gray Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet by GreenPan - A Healthy Option by Gavin Dunne

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Two years and everything is fine!

I liked this pan so much that I bought a second, larger one. But I'll talk about less because it causes more abuse. I don't know what people are doing with this pan, but I've used it daily (sometimes twice a day) and before that almost every day during the pandemic - cooking eggs almost exclusively on low heat AND high heat - and it didn't lose not its non-stick properties. Maybe people don't cook, okay? Not wanting to use cooking oil at all can cause problems. The same is true if you're constantly burning food (resulting in more stable polymerization). But if you don't have high demands, this pan is great. A few things I've noticed: 1. Butter coats the pan better than butter (oil tends to pool in little islands), which sometimes means the butter will stick a little more if it's not quite under the food (but it doesn't more than a little).press with a fork can fix). I personally like the oil/oil combination.2. I always wash this in the dishwasher, but I've found that after weeks of cooking at high temperatures, I sometimes have to scrub very hard with a sponge to remove any residual polymerization, which fully restores the flavor. lost non-stick.3. I don't care, but I always wipe the oiler on the same spot on the pan that over the years the coating has worn away at that spot. The bottom of the pot has also become quite unsightly - stained and stained. However, this does not affect performance.
