I bought one of these because I was fed up with fast food breakfast sandwiches and their added carbs. Thought I'd give this inexpensive product a try without really expecting much. What a nice surprise when I made my first omelet with this gem. It was fluffy and simply beautiful to look at, but much tastier! You can clean it with a paper towel as the omelette slides off the pan easily. No spray or butter is needed, but I like to use some olive oil or butter, which works well on the keto or adkins diet. Add ingredients to your liking: cheese, veggies, meat, and salsa to add some spices. In a few minutes you'll create a masterpiece that's way healthier than one of those pathetic fast food sandwiches. Buy two so people will ask to take yours. Great stocking for Santa! :)
